1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed via our online shop www.barosche.com by consumers and entrepreneurs.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession (§ 13 BGB).

3. Conclusion of Contract

The product presentation in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalogue.

By clicking the “Buy Now” or “Place Order” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart.

The contract is concluded when we accept your order by confirmation email or dispatch of goods.


4. Prices & Payment

All prices include statutory VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • PayPal
  • Klarna (if applicable)
  • Other methods displayed at checkout

Payment is due immediately upon contract conclusion.


5. Delivery

We ship worldwide.

Delivery times are displayed on the respective product page.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • In-stock items: dispatched within 2–5 working days
  • Made-to-order or customised jewellery: production time approx. 4–6 weeks

Delivery delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our responsibility.

Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery.


6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.


7. Warranty (Gewährleistung)

The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.

In addition, Barosche provides a voluntary 1-year manufacturing warranty covering craftsmanship defects.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use
  • Damage caused by third parties

8. Customised Jewellery

Jewellery made to customer specifications or personalised items are excluded from exchange and cancellation rights unless defective.


9. Liability

We are liable without limitation for:

  • Intent and gross negligence
  • Injury to life, body, or health
  • Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. Product Liability Act)

In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable and contract-typical damages.

Further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.


10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence remain unaffected.
